At DOMANCI, we work to ensure that you receive your order quickly, securely, and with full transparency throughout the entire purchasing process.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and processed on business days only. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, therefore the indicated delivery times do not include those days. Likewise, national, regional, or local holidays, both in the origin and destination areas, may cause delays beyond DOMANCI’s control.

Orders received after 4:00 PM, or placed during weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. If for any reason there is a delay in the preparation or shipment of the order, we will inform the customer as soon as possible of the new estimated delivery time.

Once the order leaves our facilities, transportation will be handled by the corresponding courier company. From that moment onward, any changes related to delivery, address modifications, schedules, or logistical incidents should preferably be managed directly with the courier company using the tracking number provided.

It is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time. The courier company may contact the customer before delivery, although such contact is not mandatory and will depend on the operating procedures of the agency in each area.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive the available tracking information in order to monitor the shipment status. We recommend checking the tracking information regularly to stay informed about any updates or delivery attempts.

Cancellation Due to Delay

If the order experiences a delay beyond the initially estimated delivery time, the customer may contact DOMANCI to request information regarding the order status or, where applicable, request cancellation before delivery.

In the event of an accepted cancellation, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund process may take up to 14 calendar days, depending on the banking institution or payment platform.

If the order has already left our facilities and the customer requests cancellation before receiving it, any shipping costs incurred will not be refundable, except in cases where the issue is directly attributable to DOMANCI.

Delivery Issues or Problems with the Received Product

If the customer detects any error, defect, or issue with the received order, they must contact DOMANCI within a maximum period of 48 hours from receiving the package. We will review the case and indicate the best way to resolve the issue at no additional cost where applicable.

It is important to keep the original packaging, labels, proof of delivery, and photographs of the package or product in the event of visible damage, as these may be required to process the claim with the courier company.

Product Availability

Product availability may vary depending on our own stock levels, supplier stock, or current demand at the time of purchase. Although we work to keep information updated, there may be cases where a product appears available and later a stock shortage is confirmed.

If the product is not available for immediate shipping, DOMANCI will contact the customer to inform them of the estimated timeframe. If the supplier has units available, the approximate additional delivery time may be between 5 and 10 business days. If the product is in production or pending restocking, the timeframe may be longer.

In any case, the customer may decide whether they wish to wait for restocking, replace the product with another available item, or request cancellation and refund of the order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete, and up-to-date shipping address. If the provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or prevents delivery of the package, any costs arising from return, reshipment, or additional handling will be borne by the customer.

If the order is returned to DOMANCI due to incorrect information or repeated absence of the recipient, the customer may request a new shipment by paying the corresponding shipping costs. If the customer decides to cancel the order, any transportation costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, and Countries Outside the European Union

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, and countries outside the European Union may be subject to special conditions, customs charges, local taxes, duties, or additional handling costs. Where applicable, these charges shall be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid according to the conditions established by the courier company or the relevant authorities.

For this type of shipment, the customer may be required to provide a valid identification number such as NIF, NIE, CIF, VAT number, DNI, passport, or another equivalent document. Failure to provide this information may prevent proper shipment processing and result in the package being returned.

DOMANCI shall not be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, inspections, missing documentation, or additional charges imposed by the competent authorities.
